The course curriculum is: 

• Creating an Engaged & Inspired Workforce - One of the key factors to running a successful team is knowing how to engage employees. If the leaders understand the level of passion their workforce has for the job, they are a step ahead!
• Managing & Resolving Conflict - Conflict in the workplace effects morale, creates tension and gets in the way of productivity. What is the best way to go about reducing conflicts?
• Time Management & Effective Delegating - Delegation is an important part of time management. There is only so much work one person can do. You don't want to be spending time on low value tasks at the expense of high value tasks.
• Stress Management & Self-Care - We can't control outside factors but we can control how we react and deal with them! Leave with stress management tools you can apply both in your personal life and in the workplace!

Attendance is limited to 20 individuals per class.  Each firm can register up to 2 people per class - any registrations beyond this number will be added to the waitlist and contacted if there is an opening.
